Motunrayo Doherty, a 16-year-old aspiring pediatrician attending a high school of health professions, is passionate about empowering women and making a tangible difference in her community. As co-founder of Kindness is Timeless, Motunrayo’s mission is to inspire women to embrace their strength, resilience, and full potential.
What makes her journey truly special is the serendipity behind the organization’s founding. Motunrayo had a dream about Kindness is Timeless—a vision of spreading kindness and uplifting women—which inspired her to act immediately. The very next day, she connected with the organization’s other founder, only to discover they had independently shared the same idea and vision. This remarkable alignment of dreams and ambition became the foundation for the organization.
Motunrayo is driven by the belief that, while women have historically faced scrutiny, verbal abuse, and systemic inequality, it is possible to empower, uplift, and transform lives through intentional acts of kindness. Her dedication and vision guide Kindness is Timeless in its mission to create a world where every woman and girl can feel seen, valued, and inspired.

Haritha Selvam serves as our Global Outreach Ambassador at Kindness Is Timeless. She plays an important role in helping us expand our mission beyond our local community by connecting with organizations and groups in countries where women and girls face significant challenges, including India.
Haritha supports our partnership outreach, brings new project ideas, and helps us explore meaningful ways to uplift women globally. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership make her an invaluable part of our growing team and our mission to empower women and girls everywhere.
