The Cycle of Kidness

The Cycle of Kindness is one of Kindness Is Timeless’ community initiatives, created to make essential resources more accessible while encouraging people to care for one another.

Our Kindness Boxes provide a simple, welcoming way for people to take what they need and give what they can. Whether someone contributes an item, uses a resource, or helps spread the word, every small action becomes part of a larger cycle of kindness.

Give. Share. Receive. Repeat. 💚

Through these boxes, we hope to create spaces where people feel supported, respected, and reminded that kindness truly has no expiration date.

🩷 Kindness Period Pantry

Through our Kindness Period Pantry, we are working to place boxes stocked with free menstrual products in accessible community spaces such as workplaces, community centers, schools, and other welcoming locations. These boxes are designed to provide people with access to essential period products when they need them — without judgment or embarrassment.

Why It Matters

Period poverty is a real issue in the United States. Research has found that about 25% of American women experience period poverty, meaning they have difficulty purchasing menstrual products or products of their choice.

Research among lower-income populations has also found significant menstrual-product insecurity. In one 2019 study of low-income women in St. Louis, 64% reported being unable to afford menstrual products during the previous year.

No one should have to choose between basic necessities or go without the menstrual products they need.

Everyone deserves access to essential products with dignity, comfort, and respect.
